KaFi Digital designs websites for small shops, small cafes and individuals who are starting a business. We are small and new, so we do not promise what we cannot deliver. Instead, we try to say clearly what we do, how we do it, how long it takes and what it costs.

Clear pricing
Our price list is on the website. The exact price is given after we review your request, and you know the price before we begin.
See it first, then decide
You can browse templates and try designing right on the website, no sign-up needed. Order only when it feels right.
Easy for people who are not tech-savvy
We walk you through it personally at handover, and from the Advanced plan there is an admin page so you can update content yourself.
How we work, explained step by step
You will never have to guess what is happening. This is the whole process, from your first message to the day your website goes live.
You tell us what you need
You send your request through the form, Zalo or email, or try designing right on the website. Just tell us what you sell and what you want visitors to do: browse, call or order. If you are not sure yet, that is fine, we will ask you questions.
We settle the plan and price
Based on your request, we suggest a suitable plan and give you an exact price. If you agree, you pay a 30–50% deposit to start.
You send your content
You send your logo, photos and introduction text. The production time counts from the moment you send everything, so the sooner you send it, the sooner your website is ready.
We build a preview
We build the website and you preview it on both phone and computer. You give feedback and we adjust until you are happy.
Handover and support
You pay the remaining amount and receive the website with a usage guide. After that, each plan includes a free editing period (7, 30 or 60 days depending on the plan); if you need more, a monthly maintenance plan is available.
Typical production time: Basic plan 5–7 days, Advanced 10–14 days, Professional 3–4 weeks; the VIP plan is agreed when we quote.
