This policy explains how KaFi Digital collects, uses and protects your information when you use this website.
Information we collect
When you submit a form (consultation, order, feedback, design), we receive your name, phone number, email, the message you write and any images you attach. When you sign in with Google, we receive the name, email and profile picture of that account. The website also remembers your chosen language in your own browser.
How we use your information
Only to contact you, advise you, quote prices, carry out your order and reply to your feedback. If you save an unfinished design, we may email you a reminder to come back and finish it; every such email contains an unsubscribe link.
Your conversation with the assistant
So we can pick up where you left off when you come back, your latest chat is saved in your own browser, not on KaFi’s servers. You can delete it with the Start over button in the chat window or by clearing your browser data.
Storage and third-party services
Your information is stored on KaFi’s servers. Notification emails are sent through Gmail. Messages you send to the chat assistant are processed by third-party AI services such as Google; free services may use content to improve their products, so please do not put sensitive information in the chat box. When we need to read content in another language, the text may be sent to Google’s translation service.
We do not sell your information
KaFi does not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it when required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to view, correct or delete your information at any time by messaging us on Zalo or sending us an email.
Security
The admin area is protected by a password and a PIN. No system is completely safe, but we always do our best to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
When our service changes, we may update this policy. The latest version is always posted on this page.
